Bookings must be made exclusively via the website. A deposit will be retained. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further information.
If you have a gift voucher, bookings can only be made by phone. We will be delighted to help you book an unforgettable wellness experience for your baby.
Please take your baby's routine into account. If your baby has not had a nap or is not in a good mood at the time of our appointment, the service will still remain payable. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation and lateness policy:
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After this time, the session is considered due and cannot be postponed or refunded. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the session may be shortened or cancelled, with no possibility of a refund.
Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
